Does a junior software engineer with 1 year exp becomes an SE in any company?

I would like to know whether a junior software engineer with BSc CS graduation and 1 year from one of the India's most repsected company becomes a software engineer when he/she changes the job or by promotion?

Many companies do no hire Bsc . So stay at same company for 1 more year.

It could be happened in this world. Our skill is not counted by how long we take the job. But how capable We are in our job. If you feel skillfull, and confident with your skill, Why don't you try to be Software Engineer ? cheers, asiajobinfo.blogspot.com
