Hi, How easy is to apply for a job as a IT project manager in Singapore from outside the country? What steps will it involve and how is the market like for project managers in Singapore?

It may be a heavy task which would involve tight work & over targets. Its very tedious for a person to do a project manager job being in singapore.
If you are confortable with the present job why do u want to switch to another, if only for hike in salary?, let you go, if you are going to singapore from India its not so worthy.
