If you have a full-time job during the day, can you work at McDonalds at night part-time?

yes, they are very flexible about part time hourly employees.

I would think you could do both as long as McD's did not interfere with working at your full time job.

Yes you can and that is what most if not all the employees there work. I have a friend that works evenings part time 20-30hrs a week and works for integrity health care during the day. The manager even lets her pick the days off she wants which was of course Fri and Sat. Pretty nice!!!!!!!! stay away from wal-mart because they love to change the schedule too much.
