What kind of questions will be asked at an interview for a medical receptionist?

I used to work as a medical receptionist. This is good wotk and you learn alot. Possible Interview Questions:
What kind of experience do you have?
Do you have experience working with multi-line phones?
What kind of experience do you have with computers?
Describe how you handle stressful situations.

I used to be a medical secretary, it's so rewarding!
the questions will include:-
How is your telephone manner and have you ever used a multi-line phone (if they have one)
The will want to know if you know any medical terminology,
Can you use a computer,
Are you prepared to stand in/work longer hours for people on sick leave, maternity or holidays,
If a medical centre:-
Are your prepared to work for more than one doctor
Are you prepared to take exams (this will get you better pay).
If you're in the UK you will have to undergo a medical examination if you're offered the position.
I used to really enjoy my job, and it is a very worthwhile career.
