when it says bilingual english/spanish strongly encouraged to apply?

Should i even mention on the application that i got a c in spanish (college)?

You don't have to state the grade you got, but if you feel you can handle basic conversational Spanish then I would put: Spanish - conversational.

Bilingual. Meaning, you speak both languages fluently. If you got a C in Spanish in college, I would assume that you don't speak it fluently. Thus, you shouldn't be putting it on the application at all.

No, don't mention your grade, just that you have experience. But, if you are underqualified to translate, you will be found out, so if you aren't that good in spanish, go for a different job.

Unless you are bilingual -- that is, you speak fluent Spanish and English -- don't mention anything about it.

I don't see why you would need to mention your grade, they are only interested to know if you are able to apply the language in a verbal/written conversation. Make sure you mention that you speak both English/Spanish. I wish the best for you on this endeavor
