in most states legally at 14 that does not mean they will hire you many companies do not hire minors as a matter of policy. the best way to find out is ask the store manager the worse that can happen is they won't hire you. go dressed appropriately and politely ask for the manager, introduce yourself and explain what you would like to know. if they give you an application fill it out and return it. you definitely won't get hired if you don't try.
