What is the starting wage for a FedEx Kinko's Assistant Manager?

I am in the preliminary interview stage for an assistant manager position at FedEx Kinkos. They said the position pays about 28 to 30K to start, but also said it's an hourly position. I was just wondering if anyone knew what the hourly pay rate was in my market? I'm hoping it's between 12 and 13 an hour. I live in Little Rock. Thanks, Ryan

Ryan, In Little Rock Arkansas hourly pay is anywhere from $11.50-$13.25 depending on the experience. Please let them tell you what your salary will be first. Don't try to negotiate salary because if they have several other applicants for the same job than most likely you won't get the job if you want more with FedEx. Take what they give you because you will be getting additional raises throughout the year and they normally start you a little lower than you are asking because you will be getting the raises. This is a great company and they have great benefits therefore except what is offered. Once they see how great you are as a worker than when its time for a raise you could request a little more than they are offering you.
