How much would you get paid to be a babysitter?

I live in the U.S. in the northeast area, and I'm a college student and I have a driver's license. I am also nursing major so I can do emergency medical care.

I'm also in the northeast us, and don't have your credentials. I charge $10 an hour for one-time sitting. Anything that is regular is an agreed upon flat rate.

It depends if you do it on a full time basis or just once in awhile.
If someone is just going out for the evening a good rate would be 3.50 an hour. People are not going to pay a lot of money ( 10.00 ) an hour for babysitting.
