What online jobs are ligitimate and the average person can get into without getting abused?

To people who ask these kind of questions, I strongly recommend you learn an online profession like Webmaster, or programmer.
There may or may not be legitimate jobs for you online, with no prior skill, but you'll have to go through so many scams to find one, it's not even funny or worth it.

There are some writing opportunities and blogging.
Some are making money through EBay.
Check with library or bookstore for information about this.
Do NOT pay up front for "online employment" packages or go for schemes that seem slick and show people living like millionaires. It won't happen.
Do NOT get into any money transferring from other countries: this is an illegal scheme and should be reported.
If in doubt about an offer, have it checked out. Under no circumstances give personal info such as SS# or bank account #.
