Dell technical support interview, what will they ask me?

I applied for level 2 Dell tech support position, I passed their technical test, passed their "classic" interview, and am now scheduled for a "Technical" interview. What kind of questions will they ask me, what should I be prepared for?

probablly your knowlage in helpdesk apps. people skills etc. pretty much trhe same stuff they have been asking just more detailed
