About how old should I be to have a good chance of getting the job if applying to work at Target?

Im sixteen, do I have a good chance of getting a job at target or am I to young?

You can always apply online or at the store and see how it goes. The main drawback most stores have in hiring under 18 are the limits on how many hours you can work and often what type of machines you can use. Just have some kind of reference line up you can use. Also try to put "Reliable" somewhere in your application. If you show up late without calling in, most stores will drop you the same day.

I think you have a chance to get a job there, but if not, you're a very close age.

I knew lots of friends when we were sixteen who had jobs at target, so I bet you could get one

i think you can work at target that young, you just need a work permit to legally work there. but just to let you know, ive had a couple of my friends work there and they HATED it. i guess the managers are real jerks.

i applied at a target in hollywood and they said they look for people who are at least 18

16+ i think, But if you under 18 they well not let you work that many hrs out of the week.
