whats the best job in law enforcement???

i want to do sumthin with the law, my dad is a sheriff deputy and he wants me to become a police officer but i dont want to cuz they dont make alot of money and they dont have alot of time off is a probation officer or a correction officer better how much do they make?? or what other law enforcement jobs are out there that make good money
