I am planning to start career in nursing What board exam you have to take to get LVN license? Is it true that?

that LVN field is vanishing I heard from some folks saying their will be no more LVN? Do I have to take NCLEX-RN for LVN I thought it was for RN only.

You take the NCLEX - PN/VN. It is not the same as the NCLEX - RN.
LVN / LPNs are not going away anytime soon, however many hospitals are moving away from hiring them and trying to staff only with RNs when possible. Many LVNs are finding themselves very limited to working in nursing homes and out patient clinics.
It's hard to say what the trend will be in the future with the looming RN shortage. It's possible that we will see more opportunities for LVNs back in the hospital settings.
If you really want job security, being an LVN is fine for the time being but you might want to consider completing your RN at some point.
