Career Questions and Answers

Jen, Darling
What are the ups and downs of being a police officer and/or a screenwriter?
Asked by Jen, Darling
I have taken dozens of career tests, and I just can't decide which job I'd rather do. I have gone on ride-along's, I have contacts for screen writing... I can't make a decision.

Can you do both? You can train to be a police officer. On your down time, you can write. At least you will have job security. Law enforcement is a good thing to get into, but it can get dangerous. If you are a good writer with great stories, then you should do it. But how often are the jobs? I know a writer, and he gets out a movie at least once every two years. He is doing well.
