jericho41388
would you go to your manager or district manager?
Asked by jericho41388
i work at cvs store 858. i really hate it because of the shit my shift supervisors at night are saying. they tell the new shift supervisor that im a horrible worker and that wait til im comfortable around you i wont do any work. i've been there a year now. this has been going on for a year. last july i got my friend a job there she works the same shift as me. they like her better they say she does a better job. they do chose her over me all the time. i also work at another cvs store 2020. they have said i'm their best worker there. well the people at 858 found out and now are talking even more shit. i have gone to my manager about this numerous times. he doesnt do anything about it. should i go to him again telling him its worse or should i go straight to my district manager?

Is it possible to just ignore it and focus on doing your job? Who cares what they say and your friend should be sticking up for you or she's not your friend.

A:
You have been working there from one year. No organization will bear the employee for such a long period if she/he is not a good worker. In another store you are the best worker. So, your supervisor might have a wrong perception on you. First talk to the supervisor and ask him to tell your faults or where you are going wrong. If you don't get a proper response, ignore their words if you can and do your work and still you are not comfortable quit the job.
