How could i become an apprentice chef in London?
Asked by daps166
I was thinking about becoming a commis chef or an apprentice chef in a big restaurant, how could i do this? I would like to do it without going to college, i would prefer the direct hands on approach. If anyone has any ideas or experience then please leave an answer, thanks. Richard.

Unlikely but you could write to or find website for Jamie Oliver, Gordon Ramsey, see if they do schemes for apprentice chefs. Usually they work from the bottom up, learning the trade, each part, that's the only way i could suggest
