What to do with a year's worth of experience in retail management?

I am looking to get out. I have a college degree and I am working towards an Accounting degree as well. What kinds of employers/jobs look for people that have retail management experience? I worked for a well-known drug store.

First register at at least three good employment agencies and then post your resume and experience on Monster and then check your local classifieds and if you can, check out your local college jobs; they might not let you have access unless you are a student but you can ask.
