Southwest Customer Service Rep Training?
Asked by alioophereicome
Does anyone know how long and what times the customer service training would be for southwest airlines? I was thinking of maybe being a pt customer service rep but I have another job too. Also what benefits do you get as a part time employee?

About a month of on the job training then off to Dallas for about 2 and a half weeks for training down there. The thing to consider before you apply is that you won't know your hours month to month. It is all bid based on seniority so you could be closing until 1am this month and next month you could be opening starting at 5am. As part time you get full medical, dental, etc for yourself only. Nothing for spouse, kids. And the flying as well is fun : )
