I have been offered a job in U.A.E as account manager. I have only done High School from NY. Can i work there?

Can I be issued a labor card? Is there any difference in issuance of labor card between a H.S graduate and college graduate. Thanks

Who offered you this job? And "account manager"? Highly unlikely a hs grad would be offered such a position anywhere. Be sure this is not a scam! The employer is responsible for getting the employment visa -- you need to provide the documentation of your qualifications, work experience, etc. which the employer will submit with the work permit application.
