How do I go about retesting for RN liscence?
Asked by Marie D
Hi. I'm a graduate RN and i have been pursuing a different career since graduating the nursing program. I'm interested in going back to Nursing. Since I've not work has a nurse, would it be possible to take a refresher course and retake the RN exam. I failed one time back in florida and now I live in Pennsylvania and am interested in pursuing an RN career.

You can retake your NCLEX, you just need to reapply for a new ATT (app to test). The should still have your info on file somewhere.
I bet if you took a Kaplan review course or something like that, it would help you to remember everything.
Just graduated nursing school.

Hi Marie,
My wife is a RN also. Great pay... I would contact the state nursing board and find out the exact requirements for getting your license there. You can always find a refresher course on the Internet. Plus you'll need CE anyway to keep your license.
Hope this helps
