Help with a cover letter for a receptionist at a dental office?

I want this job soo soo bad, it would help out in many many situations. anyway, i found this dental office that is hiring, however i dont have a cover letter, nor have i ever, just a resume, my resume is good. but i would like to include a cover letter, i have 5 years experience working for a mortgage company, clerical type position and i am now working as a clinic assistant at a hospical, reception type stuff. so i think i qualify, but how can i get a cover letter in order? please help

Just start by saying where you heard about the job, how you are qualified and look forward to receiving more info about the position. Thanks them for thier time and look forward to meeting with them.. a little more professional than that, but thats the jist of it.
