what company will hire me as a driver?

when my criminal record is pulled there is no disposition for a feloney charge that i was not convicted of and have documentation to prove it however swift put me through school and dropped me at last second now stuck with 7k dollar bill and need a job class a cdl what can i do

Also there is this company called Driver Solutions, they hire for a few of the larger company's, and a rep with there office might be able to find you someone that would hire you.

To be honest with you, most companies will not hire you if you have felony on your record. They all do background checks now. It seems like your felony would be expungable. If you were arrested and it was a no true bill. You need to seek an attorney to expunge your record. Most likely its not the companies that won't hire you it's that the insurance company can't or won't insure you. Don't apply for anymore jobs in that field, you will only get turned down until felony is off your record. Swift is known for this tactic of getting you in debt, and they will try to garish your wages when you find employment.

You may want to seek employment with an owner/operator who owns more than one truck. Look at the driver wanted ads. Ask your trucking buddies if they know an o/o needing a driver? You probably won't make quite as much money as you would working for a company, but it's a good way to get started with a driving job.
