If a person resign during EEO investigation and refuse to get rehired,but the supervisor who was just as guilty is that legal?My friend kept asking me about this.

your question is not clear. is this what you mean: a person who has been accused of violating EEO resigns...and the TDCJ refuses to re-hire them...but the supervisor who was just as guilty has nothing happen to him/her? yes, it is legal. if this is not what you mean, please re-state.
