Do Schwans route delivery drivers work on commision?

Looking to possibly apply for a job at Schwans food company as a route delivery driver. I heard they work on commision though? Im aware they work long hours but I need to know if its commision or hourly pay before I apply and I feel terrible asking about the pay when I first call up for information.

I think so...and I've heard some of them make really good money! I imagine the hours would be long at first until you get the hang of it, but then your expertise will grow and you'll be able to control it better.

Yes they do work on commission.... I think however it's a kind of hourly + situation where you can depend on a certain amount but the only way to really do well is make extra commission $$$$$
