How do you find jobs in different state?
Asked by JasminH
I'm currently living in east coast and I would love to move to Cali or somewhere in the west coast. Is it really hard to find a job before I move out there?

I would try national job sites, like www.indeed.com. Also, try contacting a variety of recruiters in California. I would do some research and find some smaller firms, not national chains. They will be more responsive and treat you like a human being. Also, if you are willing to pay your own relocation, put that in your cover letters. Some companies might cross you off the list right away due to relocation costs.
