How long does it take to review a job application for a daycare?

I applied to a Kindercare a couple of days ago. They said that they would call me back that very day since they were hiring. When they didn't call me back, I called them and asked what was up. They said that they would call me the following day. They have yet to call me back. I was just wondering how long it would take for them to review my application and get back to me with interview status.

It only takes about 15 minuets to review and check referances,by phone.Call them again.If they put you off again consider it a job rejection and apply some where else.Usually if someone tells you they are still reviewing your application after 3 days they have no intention of hiring you.If they tell you they are checking referances or doing a back ground check, give them one week and call again.

give it another day then call them again. if they blow you off again look elsewhere. cause really would you want to work somewhere where the people are that rude to you right off the bat?
