what is the best way to find an entry level job in the oil industry, with no previous experience in the field

i have search for the last 4 years for a job in this field, i don't care of how hard the work is i just want to work , i love this line of work But residing in the Caribbean, made it very difficult to enter into this field . can any one help me .

Unfortunately, you will have to move to Alberta, Canada. There are thousands of jobs available there in the oil industry. Most of them are in the trades or engineering but they will train you also.
