MIT does have a career center that helps with creating your resume, searching for jobs, and job interviewing. They will not get you a job, but they help a lot. They will also help you find summer internships. Back in the tech boom of the 90's, they even taught us how to negotiate signing bonuses. We also have lots of career fairs on campus and various companies come to campus to recruit. You won't have a problem finding a job with an MIT degree. I don't know anyone who couldn't find a job. A lot of us didn't use the Career Center as much as we should have.
I graduated from MIT.

Most universities in the United States have career centers on-campus that help students obtain both internships and jobs after graduation. However, just going to the school does not guarantee that you have a job after graduation. You also need to demonstrate your competence in your field of study and compete with other people in your class or from other top-notch schools. Keep in mind, though, that going to a top-notch school will definitely help you find higher paying, more stable opportunities compared to those graduating from lesser schools. Also, keep in mind, however, that your success not only depends on your degree and where you go to school, but also your ability to market yourself in the workplace and work in diverse environments.
