Can I get a work at home Job as a civil quantity surveyor?

I am a Sri Lankan [Civil Engineering] Quantity surveyor and expecting to get plans and drawings through the internet and work out here and send them to any client who require my service. I have sent e mails to some companies for such work but not successfull. Can any one tell me what can I do and what is to be done to get a positive response? Saman

Your title, civil quantity surveyor, is not very clear to American companies. I don't know where you are applying, but I feel that you should expand your resume to include the types of services you are offering. Good Luck.
