I wouldnt say they would be that hard (its not like you need to study)
but show them that your kind and fun and confident around other ppl!

Smile and act natural. They will probably be looking for someone who will interact well with customers in the restaurant and on the phone.

wear properly, can social wit ppl like ur future workmates or the customers, smile, polite n mur! but mainly, becareful wat u say! they will judge ur personality on the interview! n when they ask u y u didnt want to continue to work at ur old place (if u worked sumwhere else before), dont answer that u argue with ur workmates or customers, critic ur ex boss or sumthing else bad! maybe juz tell them that u juz want to chg a new enviroment to work! (by the way, r u from malaysia? )
