I took a look on the Air Forces website and found several enlisted jobs in the medical field.
It would be a good idea to look around the AF website, then go talk to a recruiter.

It all depends on whether you want to go into the Air Force enlisted or as a commissioned officer.
Commissioned officer nurses are in high demand right now, and if you wanted to just go ahead and enter a college nursing program there are a ridiculous number of scholarships and tuition-reimbursement programs out there that will allow you to start on your career path right away.
If you'd like to go on active duty right away there are a variety of enlisted (no college degree required) career fields to look into. They will lead you through some medical training and you would work in a hospital or clinic most likely. Someone else posted a few links in their answer above, so take a look there and also call a local AF recruiter.
There's no right or wrong way... Going enlisted first and then attempting to finish a nursing program will just take longer.
