how much money do receptionist make?

I saw in the paper today that the Saturn Dealership is hiring for a part time receptionist... I was wondering how much they would pay per hour. I would call and ask but in the ad they specifically said no phone calls. && By the way this is in Georgia if that helps... Thanks alot! ♥

For the car dealership, don't expect much. But if it's just an after-school thing, I wouldn't worry too much about the money. I'm sitting in a room full of executive receptionists (I'm doing "executive protection" right now) and assistants who are under salary, so it is possible to have a good career in this field.

It depends on the level of the position, but I would expect most receptionist positions pay between $7-8 up to about $12/hour.

well I am one and I work at a Dealership in Ohio and they started me out at $8.00 an Hr.
