What would the best career switch be for someone with an Insurance indusrty background?

I've worked in Insurance sales and realized this is not for me. I want to know what the best career change would be for someone with an Insurance background as well as a customer service background. I need something with salary cause i'm tired of comission and not having benifits. Any Suggestions?

You could get out of insurance sales and work within the home office of an insurance or financial service company. You could work as a claims analyst, marketing person, compliance analyst, financial analyst, actuarial student, etc. Your background could fit many different possibilities.
