what salary should I expect in CA as a SQL Server DBA?

I am being offered a position as a SQl server DBA at a firm in poway CA , they are offering me a package of 65k / annum to start with , I have about 2 yrs of experience as a DBA , what do you guys think about the pay , is it less since the expenses in CA are way too much as compared to NJ where I am staying ?
