In what way do you define "better"? You'll find teachers who hate their jobs, and ones who think it's the best ever. You'll find paralegals who hate their jobs and ones who love it. One job might pay "better" but the other may provide "better" personal satisfaction. If you're thinking about working in one of these careers, talk to people who are working in the field already and ask them lots of questions. Also, ask yourself what's most important to you in a job. Money? Time off? Fun? Etc.

Being a preschool teacher is very rewarding, but being a paralegal pays better. As a preschool teacher myself, I would choose that, simply because of the joys I experience every day I work!

Be a school teacher if you love and care about children for like to see older students improve their lives. Ift calls for caring. It calls for a high sense of decency...
To be a paralegal calls for acess to a lot of information. Dealing with adults.
What is better depends on where your talents lie.
Children need moral guidance. They may need patience. They can be helped by people who not only know but care.

To be honest, with a failing economy, the higher paying job you receive the better. At this point, I would suggest you obtain a Paralegal position to be financially set and than in the future you can always become a preschool teacher.
