What's a good paying job in administrative and office support?

What jobs are there in administrative and offices that makes a lot of money and room for advancement and what degrees do one need? Also if one wanted to be an administrative assistant or do something in office support in an hospital, what kind of job would it be? Also, what is being a court reporter like and the pay? A really good paying Admin job is an Executive Assistant. they pay around 40-50k annually.
