About what pay range would an Assistant Manager make at Hallmark?

The manager is paid on salary but the assistant is paid by the hour? What should I expect to be offered? I just had an interview there and they really liked me. I have a second interview with the DM, but want to be prepared for the pay range if they do offer me the job. Help!

just because the manager is paid by salary doesnt mean you cant compare hourly rates. work out how many hours a week he does most likely 40-45. so for example if he gets paid £20,000 a year then you would do 20,000/52(weeks in a year) you would then divide that by the number of hours he works in a week and thats how much he is on per hour. Then look at what you would be doing as an assistant manager and work out how much you thik you should be paid for it per hour. make sure it is reasonable and obviously less than what the manager is on.
