How do i make a business plan for a private banking position?

I am applying for a relationship manager position for private banking at a suiss bank, the position requires to bring a high network clients portfolio from central and south america. After a couple of interviews i have been asked to submit a business plan. Is there a standard form of doing it right? Any suggestion will be much appreciated, Thank you very much

I hope they're not trying to steal YOUR ideas for free. That would suck. Leave them wanting more by giving them teasers. Give 3 or 4 good ideas but them you're saving your creme de la creme ideas until after you sign with them.
