The questions that I got asked have been things like, tell me about the last time you lead a team?, how would you handle an employee that is failing?, I have just been in the same position after working for my previous employer for 13 years as a catering manager, its all a matter of confidence and personality, if you have been doing the job for 20 years you will know your stuff, It is so nerve racking going to an interview especially if it normally you that is interviewing others, I totally froze up on my first interview but soon got the hang of them, I now have just started my new job and wish I had left my previous company years ago, good luck
