should i apply for temporary position in usps or wait for 473 exam?

also when is the exam given and is there a website that lists this. please post a link if possible. does the temporary position help lead to fulltime. i believe you still have to take the exam.

Take the Casual Position if offered. Generally, yYou can apply to take the test at the same office that you apply for the Casual Position. You will then be notified to report when the test is given.
Casual Employment rarely ever leads to a Career Appointment.
If by temporary, you mean a TE position, these can lead to a Career Appointment.
