AT&T Call Center Interview?
Asked by Richie
I have an interview in a couple of hours at an AT&T call center as a 'Customer Service Rep.' What kind of questions should I expect? What should I ask if they ask if I have any questions? I have a couple of friends who were hired there a couple of days ago and they say its easy, and that they will hire anyone that is bilingual, but I am not believing it, Any help/tips would be appreciated it. I am bilingual, so I was told to apply for "Customer Service Rep. 1- Bilingual"

call centers have high "churn" ... meaning they go through a LOT of people... so their hiring guidelines are VERY soft.. mainly you need to insure you are polite.. well spoken... not shy.. and demonstrate a willingness to learn. obtw.. churn is the percentage of workers that you change out frequently...

Just be yourself. Show you're willing to go the extra mile. I know a rep who works for PacBell, which is owned by A T & T. The reps work hard but make good money.
