Know of any hospitals in Jacksonville, FL that will train?
Asked by gijoesjane1
Im trying to find out hospitals in Jacksonville, FL that you have to have no experience to apply and they will train you. I knew people in the past would apply for Certified Nursing Assitant types jobes and they were trained beyond that position. I dont know how to get in touch with those people. I would like to be an RN eventually. Thank you!

If you want to become an RN you have to earn a degree in nursing either an associates or a bachelors. Also, nurses are required to pass the NCLEX. Nurses are responsible for the lives of patients. Today's nurses are educated not just trained. One thing to consider is that you are the final safety net in protecting you patient. If the physician or pharmacist makes a mistake you had best be the one to catch it because you are the one administering meds etc. and it will be your license on the line.
