Need tips to land a teaching interview and get that job?

I just ended my first year teaching, but I am back in the job searching market. Yippee! What can you do to land some interviews and get a job. I heard there are over 2000 applicants per position anywhere. Wow!

i am a student so here is a tip 1) before you go into the interveiw talk to one of the kids INFRONT of the interveiwer and try and make sure the kid loves u (a teacher got a job coz i got on well with her lol she now helps me with all my coursework) 2) Dress smart 3)

I thought teachers were in high demand. I don't know.
