Things to consider when applying in a call center?
Asked by Maru
I applied in a call center but sad to say, i didnt make it in the last interview. I wonder what things to consider,i thought they are not discriminating whoever applies but when they knew I am a nursing grad., they had hesitations saying i might end up giving up my job just like the other nursing grads who ventured to better careers.

That would be the case in any consideration for employment. Though, I don't know why it should matter with this type of job (not necessarily a "career" but a "job). Maybe you could look for something that could enhance your studies and not make the employer believe you were going to leave once you finish your schooling. Your goal is exceptional and I wish you a ton of luck!
