Electrician Qualifications?

Suppose an electrician came from another country to U.S. who has experience of 20+ years in Industrial Electrician. What further qualificans does he needs to get an electrician job in the U.S? Journeyman? Please help!!!! He has a Green Card.

The best thing to do is to apply to the local electrical workers union. With your qualifications and a little work experience, you will at a journeyman level in less than a year
