I'm a 15 year old looking to get my first job. I have been babysitting for some people for a few years now, and I want to ask to use them as a reference. What do I say??

Just be straight forward and tell them what you are doing and what you would like for them to do to help you. If you have been a good babysitter then they will be glad to refer you for a job. They will understand that you are moving on, it is part of growing up.
Good luck !
