How can I get a job as an accounting clerk??

Im currently in college and need experience in accounting, but I just dont know where to go and how to get a job as an accounting clerk becuase most places ask you for experience.

You could check at your local bank. But these days, you must apply online. Just go to the website and search if you know a specific company you would like to work for. Other ones are Monster.com and Career Builders. Good luck.

You can go to a small/medium size accounting firm and talk to them personally. They will probably need the help. I do it over the december holidays.. hope it helps

I am right next to you, in the same boat. I am using AppleOne.com. The site has listings for bookkeeping and billing clerks. I think those positions are good choices, while attending accouting/business courses. Hope this helps. I wish tremendous success upon you and me.
