I'm pursuing a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management at Cal Poly Pomona. I want to be a GM of a high upscale restaurant in the future. Would it help me?

Absolutely! Any good manager will have experience in all aspects of their field. Its good to know what those workers are going through, and CPP is a great school.
