What is on a Customer Service test fo a job?

I have to go in for testing on saturday for a Customer service rep at blue cross blue shield. I am really nervous and have never taken any tests for a job before. What types of questions are on there and what else would i be tested on Thanks!

most of the time they give you a typing test to see speed and accuracy, Usually ALWAYS a basic math test. Thats pretty much it. Oh, sometimes they will give you a phone test with a
office manager pretending to be a customer, that is to test your phone skills. good luck
