R.I.P MJ...
IS it better to be a CNA in a nursing home or for a home health agency?
Asked by R.I.P MJ...
I like the home health agencies because its one on one, not taking care of 12 ppl, but its less pay than nursing homes. Also, HH ur on ur own, no asking for help.. I don't know which job to accept, help?

i personally like being a stna in a nursing home because you get interaction of many different types of people, you get to meet great co-workers and its something that will make you a better person when it comes to time management. in home health if someone decides they do not need you for a certain day, you are out that money for the week and cant make it up. however, when you work in a nursing home you can always pick up hours...

I would say agency or large hospital if Possible to gain more security and exposure. Learn More at PureMedicalJobs.com and click on Nurse Assistant
